How Monthly Internship Continuation Confirmation Works

Heart Spark interns confirm once each month, from their Welcome Hub profile, that they continue in the Elite Internship Program. The confirmation window opens seven days before the displayed due date. A successful confirmation creates a permanent dated record and advances the next due date by one month. If the due date passes without confirmation, program access locks until the intern completes the available confirmation.

Permanent Primary Role Versus a Secondary Assistance Opportunity

The permanent primary role is the single role for which a Heart Spark intern was accepted based on the asynchronous video interview and administrator-governed application evidence. It cannot be changed through the profile. A secondary assistance opportunity exists only when program administration places a different secondary role on the profile. It permits bounded assistance but does not replace, dilute, or create a second primary identity.

What Happens When Heart Spark Intern Access Is Locked?

Heart Spark access can be restricted for three distinct reasons: the permanent role decision has not yet been acknowledged, the monthly continuation due date has passed, or program administration has suspended access. Role acknowledgment is completed in the profile. An overdue monthly confirmation is completed in the continuation panel. An administrator suspension requires review through the designated program support pathway.

Heart Spark combines authenticated account identity with separate protected password pathways for the Intern Welcome Hub and ATS. Server-enforced access rules connect each person only to authorized records and roles. Historical application email matching supports identity reconciliation, while profile evidence, continuation status, role-based administration, protected uploads, signed sessions, and audit records support accountability.

How the Heart Spark Asynchronous Video Interview Works

The Heart Spark asynchronous video interview is a 10-question recorded interview completed in the protected ATS. Applicants first complete written audiovisual and processing acknowledgements, then record a spoken consent response as Question 1. Questions 2 through 10 appear in writing and by video and explore training, experience, goals, role interest, motivation, growth, and personal values. Every question includes 30 seconds of preparation; Questions 1 through 9 allow one minute, and Question 10 allows two minutes.

What a Permanent Intern Role Means in Heart Spark

A permanent Heart Spark intern role is the single governing role assigned by an authorized administrator based on the applicant’s external ATS video interview and supporting application evidence. When one of the intern’s recorded historical application emails matches the administrator’s assignment, that role overrides earlier profile selections and becomes locked for the person’s continuing use of the ATS and Intern Hub.

What Happens After Heart Spark Internship Acceptance?

After Heart Spark internship acceptance, the applicant transitions from the ATS into the Intern Welcome Hub while retaining the same identity and permanent intern role. The intern completes the required profile, records historical application emails, uploads Handshake role evidence and a professional headshot, reviews program rules, activates notifications, and begins participating in the remote asynchronous learning community.
